Our service involves our team of professionals executing trades on your behalf in your personal trading account, based on a Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA). You retain full ownership and control of your funds.

3. Client Obligations As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal and financial information.
• Read and fully understand our Risk Disclosure and Privacy Policy.
• Acknowledge and accept the risks associated with forex trading.
• Refrain from making trades in the managed account yourself to avoid conflicts with our strategies.

4. Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) To use our service, you must grant ApexiumFX a Limited Power of Attorney. This legal document gives us the authority to execute trades in your account. The LPOA strictly limits our actions to trading and does not give us the authority to withdraw funds, change account details, or perform any actions beyond trading.

5. Fees and Profit-Sharing Our compensation is based on a profit-sharing model as detailed in our service plans (Starter, Pro, Advanced). Fees are calculated and deducted from the profits earned in your account. There are no hidden fees or charges. You agree to these terms when you select a plan.

6. Risk Acknowledgment You acknowledge and accept that forex trading is highly speculative and carries a substantial risk of loss. You understand that you could lose some or all of your invested capital. ApexiumFX makes no guarantees of profit or future performance.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApexiumFX, its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any financial loss, damage, or expense of any kind arising from the use of our services or reliance on the information provided. Our liability is expressly limited to the fees you have paid us.

8. Termination You may terminate this agreement and the LPOA at any time by providing written notice. We reserve the right to terminate our services to you at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
